We are looking for an experienced Professional to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Carefree, Bulldog Skincare for Men, Jack Black and recently acquired Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Responsible for the day-to-day management, development and implementation of Edgewell’s Total Rewards programs across Edgewell’s European markets including pay & benefits analysis, job evaluation, Employee Recognition program management, and compensation and benefits cycles.

HERE’S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Demonstrated experience developing and presenting recommendations across a variety of stakeholders at all levels within an organization
A self-starter with strong initiative and customer/client orientation; ability to facilitate discussions to resolve issues, obtain consensus and drive to conclusion
Excellent team and collaboration skill, with demonstrated experience working across multiple stakeholders, business lines and geographies
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to proactively define appropriate work plans and processes
Experience project managing small to medium sized projects and/or key work streams within larger projects
Experience working with SuccessFactors a plus
Prior experience with recognition programs
Government agencies as well as internal and external legal counsel – Required filings, responses to requests for information
