We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Rewards and HR Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Rewards and HR Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are transparently compensated and that our HR practices align with legal requirements and industry standards. You will also work with our Partner rewarding systems. You will be a part of our HR Leadership team and report to our Human Capital Leader.

  • Several years of experience in rewards management, employment legislation, employee relations, HR compliance, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • English and Finnish language skills are both needed at excellent level.
  • Educational background can be various, e.g., master’s degree in law or bachelor’s/master’s degree in Business Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Rewarding and Benefits: You will be responsible for maintaining and developing a comprehensive rewards and benefits program that attracts, motivates, and retains talent. This includes managing salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.
  • Performance Management: You will manage and develop the annual performance management process, with a specific focus on bonus and salary reviews. Additionally, you will participate in the annual Career Round Table process, providing guidance and support to the Business HR team.
  • Employment Legislation: You will stay up to date with relevant employment legislation and ensure that our HR practices are in compliance with all legal requirements. This includes managing employee contracts, leave policies, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Ethics and Human Capital Risk Assessments and Action Planning: You will conduct regular assessments to identify potential ethics and human capital risks within the organization. Based on these assessments, you will develop action plans to mitigate risks and promote a culture of integrity and compliance in collaboration with the HR Leadership team.
  • Quality Systems Management: You will coordinate with various teams to ensure that our HR-related processes and practices are compliant with our Quality Standards. This includes participating in audits, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining documentation to support compliance efforts.
  • Partner Affairs: You will support the Human Capital Leader in Partner remuneration processes and contract management.
