Review governance policies related to job catalogues, pay scales, and performance reviews. Launch and track Reward & Performance processes, ensuring accurate data input. Participate in audit requests and support presentations for various committees. Communicate with employees through Reward & Performance mailboxes and intranet messages. Your Profile You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or a related field, with at least a few years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward & Performance, Payroll Advisory or similar. You are proficient in Dutch and English. You excel in Excel and PowerPoint, have a good understanding of pay elements, and are familiar with HRIS tools like SuccessFactors. Your strong communication and analytical skills, along with your collaborative spirit, make you a perfect fit for our team.
