Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Participate in marketing-related functions, including booth operations, the customer database, comp redemption, and ticket sales. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  2. Must have a positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding guest service.
  3. Must have the ability and willingness to learn how to use a computer keyboard.
  4. Be able to accurately input and verify data in a computer system while focusing on a guest and providing exemplary guest service.
  5. Must be at least 21 years of age.
  6. Must be available to work all shifts.
  7. Must be able to obtain a Graton Gaming License provided by the Graton Gaming Commission, if selected for the position.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Ability to stand for duration of shift.
  2. Manual dexterity to use job related equipment.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promoting our values.
  2. Enroll qualified players.
  3. Issue Graton Rewards cards and input data in system.
  4. Issue comps to qualified players.
  5. Be involved in special events/promotions.
  6. Effectively and accurately operate assigned equipment, including but not limited to various computer programs, standard computer terminal, embossers, InfoGenesis, and scanners.
  7. Be involved in ticket sales.
  8. Communication of current promotions to guests.
  9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
