Summary The Rewards & Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring that all operational processes related to compensation, benefits, employment contracts, and compliance are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with internal policies and local regulations. This role acts as both an executor and a gatekeeper in the rewards and compliance system, supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding through reliable operational excellence. What you will do: 1. Payroll & Compensation Operations Manage monthly payroll calculations, including base salary, allowances, overtime, and deductions in accordance with company policy Ensure completeness and accuracy of payroll data through HRIS and other supporting systems Prepare employee income tax (PPh 21) reports and coordinate with the Finance team for payment processing 2. Benefit Administration Maintain and update the employee benefits database (BPJS, insurance, employee allowances, etc.). Handle benefit enrollment, changes, and termination processes in a timely and accurate manner. 3. Employee Lifecycle Administration & Contract Management Support the offering process by preparing compensation package recommendations aligned with internal structures and guidelines Manage employment contract and letter agreement processes, including drafting, issuing, renewal, and tracking contract validity. Ensure all agreements (employment, amendment, consultant, or other letters) comply with internal policies and legal requirements Handle offboarding processes, including final pay calculation, benefit termination, and administrative clearance Collaborate with relevant teams (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal) to ensure smooth employee lifecycle operations. 4. Case Handling & Employee Support Handle operational cases related to payroll, benefits, and compliance (e.g., payslip corrections, allowance clarifications, etc Provide responsive support to employees regarding any reward and compliance inquiries. Log and monitor all cases to ensure resolution within agreed service levels (SLA) and in line with company policy. You will fit in this job if you: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or employee benefits administration (fresh graduates with strong numerical and administrative skills are welcome to apply). Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail in handling data and calculations. Good understanding of HR operational processes, payroll cycles, and basic labor or tax compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS or payroll systems. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams. Responsive, dependable, and disciplined in task execution. Eager to learn and adapt quickly to new processes or tools. Demonstrates initiative and ownership in improving operational workflows. Passionate about payroll, compliance, reward systems, and employee benefits.
