We are seeking a talented individual to join our Rewards team at Mercer Malaysia. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team’s arrangement.

MINIMUM 8 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN CONSULTING OR HUMAN RESOURCE (INCLUDING 2-3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A PEOPLE MANAGEMENT CAPACITY)

• Proficient in using MS Office Application, especially Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information
• Able to network and present sales pitch to key leaders in large organizations
