Job Purpose To support in providing analytical support related to total rewards programs to meet identified HR and overall bank’s objectives through analysing and interpreting internal and external trends and practices. Also, to support in the designing of Key Data metrics for HR functions to better utilize resources. Participate in analysing and forecasting data to support HR departments and Lines of Business in making better employees related decisions. Key Accountabilities Reward Management 1. Participate in the preparation and delivery of all required information during compensation and benefits surveys with external consultants. 2. Administrate CIB fixed and variable programs in line with CIB policies, procedure and guidelines. 3. Assist in Drafting administrative annual compensation cycle with relevant stakeholders covering procedures and calibration with minimal errors. 4. Assist HR Business Partners in job pricing and provide pay insights, to ensure competitiveness of the provided offer. 5. Assist in analysing and interpreting internal pay trends and external market practices locally and propose pay solutions based on information collected from external consultants and surveys insights, in order to maintain a competitive & attractive salary scale. 6. Prepare and maintain relevant internal memos. 7. Administrate the process by preparing and delivering the required documents in order to get the required approval from different stakeholders. 8. Ensure the collection of contracts signed by all promised employees bank wide. Insights for decision making 9. Analyze, interpret all HR related activities, and provide recommendation on improving these processes, to drive better decision making. 10. Support in performing data profiling and database structure research in order to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions for better utilization. Research based reporting 11. Provide support in the development and present ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual HR analysis reports to support business line data activity reporting needs. 12. Support in the development of dashboards, scorecards and reports for the ongoing tracking of identified metrics – potential areas for reporting including, turnover and retention, recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, workforce demographics, benchmark comparisons, and HR operations 13. Develop quarter reports bank wide locally and regionally. Qualifications & Experience § Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalent § Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist § Effectively handle and maintain confidential information § High level of mathematical ability § Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Skills § Excellent command of English & Arabic languages § Excellent command of MS Office applications and Computer skills § Quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision making skills § Demonstrated numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
