  • Experience managing relationships across all levels

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join our Reward team. Reporting into the Reward team, you’ll benchmark, analyse, design and develop compensation and benefits programmes. You’ll work with our leaders, managers, People, and Finance teams to develop cost effective and innovative solutions and implement programmes. You will be based in our HQ office (Cannon Street, London).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide guidance and coaching on reward aspects to HR Business Partners, the broader People Team, business leaders, and employees as a trusted expert
  • Analyse market trends and benchmarks across multiple programmes. Use the analysis to develop effective and engaging proposals for programmes and budgets to ensure we are tracking to market
  • Play a key part in the compensation review cycles
  • Lead reward programmes across multiple locations. Managing new and on-going global benefits and compensation programmes
  • Communicate our Reward programmes to the business in a simple and engaging way, to employees, HR Business Partners and recruitment teams
  • Conduct deep dive compensation analysis work. Assessing multiple sets of data, understanding the market issues and developing proposals
  • Work with global HR partners to ensure compensation and benefits programmes are compliant, impactful and successful in all our global locations
