Manage the development of Rewards enhancements from ideation to launch, and act as a key point of contact for enhancements owned Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality Monitor and report out status of the work in progress, as well as key performance indicators relative to expectations post-launch 6+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred, credit cards and rewards experience a plus) Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels Extremely high level of attention to detail Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines Ability to work as part of a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams Excellent project management skills ------------------------------------------------------ For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter. ------------------------------------------------------ Anticipated Posting Close Date: Jan 15, 2026 ------------------------------------------------------
