  • Job title: Rewards & Performance Technology Strategy Leader
  • Location: Barcelona
    Sanofi is seeking an experienced and visionary leader for the new role of Rewards & Performance Technology Strategy Leader. This role will be a peer to the Core HRIS and Total Workforce Technology Strategy Leader, as well as the Payroll/Time to Pay Technology Strategy Leader, with primary responsibility for the rewards, performance, and payroll technology portfolio ecosystem. The successful candidate will oversee the digital footprint design for compensation, allowance, international assignment tools, market benchmarking, benefits and wellness technologies, recognition, and equity program management solutions. In addition, this role will collaborate with the Payroll/Time to Pay on the design and policy administration for absence management data mastering to inform downstream timekeeping systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in rewards and performance technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing technology portfolios related to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with compensation, allowance, absence management, timekeeping systems, and payroll vendors. Familiarity with international assignment tools, market benchmarking, benefits and wellness technologies, and recognition programs.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement technology strategies that align with global HR objectives and drive process optimization.
  • Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with HRIS and technology leaders, as well as other stakeholders, to achieve integrated and effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications in rewards management, HR technology, or payroll administration preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Rewards & Performance Strategy: Develop and execute the technology strategy for rewards and performance management, including all systems related to compensation, allowances, absence, job evaluation and associated components . Ensure alignment with global HR and business objectives.
  • International Assignment Management: Manage technology solutions for international assignments, ensuring effective administration and support for global mobility.
  • Market Benchmarking & Analytics: Implement and manage tools for market benchmarking, providing insights into compensation and benefits trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Benefits & Wellness Technologies: Oversee the design and implementation of technologies related to benefits administration and employee wellness programs. Ensure these solutions enhance the employee experience and meet organizational needs.
  • Recognition & Equity Programs: Lead the technology strategy for employee recognition and equity program management. Develop solutions that effectively support and manage these programs.
  • Digital Footprint Design: Design and optimize the digital footprint for rewards and performance technologies, ensuring a cohesive and integrated system landscape that supports global and localized needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Core HRIS and Total Workforce Technology Strategy Leader, the R&P CoE as well as other P&C local stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of rewards and performance technologies with broader HR systems. Sets the strategic roadmap for the Digital Product Management team accountable for the R&P technology portfolio.
  • Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in rewards and performance management. Apply innovative approaches to enhance system capabilities and drive continuous improvement.
