Description
DP World is seeking a Rewards & Reporting Specialist to drive HR data reporting and analytics across our Oceania businesses, with a strong focus on compensation and benefits. In this role, you will ensure the accuracy of all remuneration data and deliver insights that enhance competitiveness and support strategic decision making. You will design and maintain HR reporting frameworks aligned with DP World's goals, in addition to being the local SME for all rem and benefit schemes. You will also identify opportunities to optimise processes and strengthen our HR systems and reporting standards. Key Responsibilities – Ensure accurate, timely HR data and reporting, developing frameworks aligned with strategic goals. Analyse workforce, compensation, and benefits data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Act as local SME for compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, internal equity reviews, market analysis, and bonus/remuneration cycles. Manage analytics for salary reviews, bonus planning, and benefits renewals, ensuring alignment with global standards. Optimise HR reporting tools, systems, and processes while ensuring compliance with data governance standards. Collaborate with IT, Payroll, Legal, Oceania, and APAC teams to streamline reporting and support key regional projects. Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders and build strong stakeholder relationships across Oceania and APAC. Support the education of the Oceania business in regard to rem review cycles and pay mechanisms. Qualifications, Skills and Experience required: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. 5 plus years’ experience in HR reporting, compensation & benefits, or similar analytical roles. Strong HRIS and reporting tool capability; Power BI or similar tools highly regarded. Proven experience in compensation benchmarking, benefits analysis, job evaluation systems (e.g., Korn Ferry), salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and bonus/remuneration cycles. Skilled in process optimisation, workflow improvement, and maintaining data integrity and compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros, visualisation) and strong data manipulation abilities. Ability to deliver actionable insights, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability. High attention to detail, solution-oriented mindset, and ability to navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments. Demonstrated ability to align HR analytics and insights with organisational goals.
