Description Primary Purpose The Promotions Booth Representative is responsible for issuing player rating cards to patrons presenting valid identification and assisting patrons with any questions about the facility. Adheres to all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations. Schedule In this role, you will work a combination of morning and evening shifts Principal Duties & Responsibilities Provide the ultimate guest service to guests. Sees to the needs of preferred players. Makes reservations for our preferred players at restaurants, hotels and for transportation. Follows department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations in the performance of job duties. Keeps current on all and community events. Requirements Performs other job-related duties as requested. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. Education High School Diploma, GED or equivalent - Required Work Experience 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience - Required Additional Requirements Previous experience working in a similar setting. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Familiar with the locality. Ability to be friendly, congenial and a team player. Ability to sit, stand and walk. Ability to communicate in English (orally and in writing). Ability to understand and comply with all company safety policies and their requirements. This includes attendance at training meetings as scheduled
