Our Rewards Expert, will play a key role in driving the operational rewards topics across Zone Europe.
What will you be doing:
- Execute annual Merit Process for Europe scope, working in partnership with Global Rewards team.
- Being the main point of contact in terms of relevant communication, visibility, and support regarding Merit Process (define eligibility rules, provide and control approvals, data quality and analytics, etc).
- Provide data visibility, reporting and insights based on the Merit cycle experience.
- Merit Budget simulation and preparation
- Annual bonus calculation, working with Local and Global Rewards SPOCs. Control of targets, checks for data quality, eligibility rules, time dedication rate, promotions.
- Annual bonus accruals on a monthly basis
- Reporting and visibility of the data.
- Support the execution of the LTI Process (Data checks, configuration, consolidation)
- Data & KPIs management & Development (PRP, Compliance KPIs, Master Data KPIs)
- Support of Workday Compensation stream (yearly updates of local bands reference salary, etc..)
- Manage yearly Korn Ferry Survey
- Ad Hoc analysis of Rewards related data (Pay Equity, CR analysis etc..)
- Manage Rewards analyst and focus on developing their personal growth
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in rewards, compensation/benefits or vendor management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must – Advanced Excel required
- Project management experience or knowledge of methodologies is preferred
- Communication is key, with the ability to influence and manage a variety of stakeholders
- Previous experience in a global, matrixed organization is preferred
- Customer centric mindset
- Fluent in English required; knowledge of Dutch or German is beneficial
