In this role, you will rewind, inspect, and finish printed labels according to work instructions and ensure all products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Rewind, inspect, and finish labels per work instructions to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications * Perform visual inspections of printed labels to identify defects * Measure product dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and rulers * Bag and label finished products * Log product movement and inspection results in the system * Ensure product quality throughout all stages of production * Experience with detail part inspection is helpful * Knowledge of Rotoflex rewinders or other similar rewind equipment is a plus * Perform additional duties as required Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role preferred * Ability to read and follow work instructions in English * Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers) * Strong math and communication skills * Self-motivated and dependable * Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods * Ability to work around flashing lights or imagery (photosensitive individuals should use caution) Additional Details: * No supervisory or management responsibilities * No travel required * Relocation assistance is not provided Equal Opportunity Employer Steven Label is an equal opportunity employer.
