Description

Design and verification of digital calibration algorithms and control logic that interface with analog blocks to enhance their performance and robustness. A PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or at least 5+years of working experience in field of digitally assisted RF circuits Previous experience in RF design of low power radios for IoT applications Deep knowledge in CMOS technologies Technical leadership skills to consolidate, prioritize and realize product requirements Fluent English language skills and confident presentation abilities, German is a plus The central R&D organization „Design Enabling and Services“ (DES) provides the design environments (design-systems) to the different product development teams at Infineon.
