Description

Our company is developing a cutting-edge wireless communication system to connect multiple portable devices. Long range, high data rates, low latency, resistance to interferences, and multipath make this problem particularly challenging, giving the candidate unique opportunities to research, design, and implement the next-generation radio communication systems.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of R&D experience in the wireless telecommunications or semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of RF performance characteristics such as S-parameters, Psat, Nfig, IP1, IP3, and IMD for LNA, PA, frequency converters, and antennas
  • Proficiency in developing and executing measurement procedures for both test assemblies and production units
  • Programming experience in MATLAB, Python, or similar languages for supporting evaluation board packages

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in RF system design and debugging
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Familiarity with standard development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git)
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
