SUPO, where required) Why this role matters: As a Senior RF Production Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building and delivering ICEYE’s SAR satellites by owning the RF production lifecycle from subsystem assembly to final integration and testing. Your expertise ensures our satellites perform reliably in orbit, enabling governments and commercial partners to access timely, high resolution Earth Observation data that supports mission-critical decision making worldwide. Your day-to-day responsibilities Build, assemble, integrate, and test RF payload subsystems from component level to fully integrated satellite systems Lead and execute RF payload testing campaigns, ensuring performance, quality, and schedule targets are met Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve emergent production issues, flagging risks early and driving corrective actions Guide and mentor junior team members while collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, production teams, and mission managers to ensure on-time satellite delivery What we’re looking for Must haves: 5+ years of hands-on experience in RF systems production or high value electronics manufacturing Proficiency with setting up and testing RF Circuitry using VNA, Signal Analyser, RF Chain Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, RF Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field Strong understanding of RF systems, high-speed signals, and EMI/EMC principles Proven experience troubleshooting complex RF or electronic systems in a production environment Nice to haves: Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high reliability production environments Familiarity with PC and Linux environments, and tools such as Jira and Python Experience with radar technology, antennas, or radio systems integration Application Process TA screen Hiring Manager interview Technical interview Final onsite interview Working at ICEYE At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible.
