Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior RF Systems Engineer who is ready to dive into challenges and make a substantial impact. This position is crucial for advancing our groundbreaking technology and contributing significantly to the development of cutting-edge RF solutions. As a Senior RF Systems Engineer at Tiposi, you will:

  • Lead and supervise layout contractors to ensure the highest quality and strict adherence to design specifications and project timelines.
  • Design and test advanced antenna systems, involving comprehensive work with wave propagation, anechoic chambers, and radiation performance evaluation.
  • Analyze and optimize receiver systems, with a focus on improving intermodulation, sensitivity, noise figures, and desensitization.
  • Apply your practical knowledge in RF circuitry and hardware through direct, hands-on laboratory work.
  • Conduct RF calibrations and measurements, leveraging your familiarity with various RF metrics and a solid understanding of electromagnetic principles and transmission line theory.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art RF simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS, and MATLAB to model and simulate complex systems.
  • Operate sophisticated RF equipment, including network analyzers, signal generators, and signal analyzers to ensure high-performance outcomes.
  • Communicate complex RF concepts clearly, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clarity and understanding among diverse teams.
  • Drive innovation with a strong ambition and the initiative to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Must Have:

  • Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience with a strong background in RF.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in overseas mass production support.
  • Experience in wideband RF design.
  • Knowledge of microwave imaging protocols or experience in the medical device sector.
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
