We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our dynamic team. As an RFP Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our team find the best suited person to help our employees and HR Department. This position requires an individual with a deep understanding of benefits administration, compliance with regulations, and a passion for enhancing employee well-being. You will collaborate closely with HR professionals, finance teams, and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality benefits programs that meet the diverse needs of our employees. This role demands strong analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex information succinctly and effectively. As a leader, you will proactively stay updated on trends and changes in the benefits landscape and recommend improvements to meet the evolving needs of our workforce.
Hybrid possibilities, must be willing to attend in-person meetings and presentations. Will be working with Suite-C Level Executives.
