The Bid Management team is comprised of dedicated proposal management professionals that share a common vision: be the “go-to” team trusted to lead all RFPs for Rogers Business.
The RFP Program Manager is a pre-sales operations-centric role that is critical to the success of Rogers Business and the growth of our Advanced Services Team portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Bid Management, the successful candidate will be the Bid Team’s in-house subject matter expert (SME) and the single point of contact (SPoC) for the Customer Service Organization (CSO).
The RFP Program Manager will efficiently & effectively represent the CSO for all RFPs and will be responsible for quarterbacking the review, risk assessment, and response for all complex and non-standard delivery & support related requirements. She/He will work closely with the back-office CSO leaders and the Proposal Writers on the team to create compliant, compelling, and competitive proposals that meet/exceed the needs of our clients.
While we prefer the successful candidate to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area, we will also consider exceptional candidates who are located in cities where Rogers has a main office.
