The RFP Project Coordinator at Fusion Risk Management plays a vital role in managing the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that reflect Fusion’s high standards. This role serves as the central liaison between the Legal Department, Sales, and subject matter experts across the organization, coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and maintaining Fusion’s SafeBase AI Questionnaire Answer Tool to improve efficiency and consistency in responses.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for RFPs, questionnaires, and related assessments.
  • Collaborate with Sales and internal teams to assign responsibilities, gather information, and manage deadlines.
  • Manage SafeBase AI Questionnaire Answer Tool, including running RFPs, maintaining content, and expanding the knowledge base.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts in Legal, Security, Product Engineering, Marketing, Compliance, HR, and Sales to ensure responses are accurate and complete.
  • Track RFP progress, proactively resolving bottlenecks and ensuring on-time submission.
  • Review responses for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RFP requirements.
  • Recommend process improvements to streamline RFP coordination
