JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are working with a leading investment bank seeking an experienced RFP Writer to join their London-based team on a 12-month contract. This role will suit someone with a strong background in RFPs within the asset management industry.
Our client requires the role holder to be in the office 4 days per week, with the option of working the fifth day from home.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Proven RFP writing experience within the asset management industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong relationship builder with sales teams, investment professionals and SMEs.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• IMC qualification desirable.

• Lead the completion of RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, applying best practice throughout.
• Develop specialist knowledge in a key asset class/strategy, producing tailored content.
• Maintain and update the RFP database (Loopio), ensuring strategy sections are refreshed regularly.
• Contribute to ongoing efficiency and quality improvements across the team.
• Perform related duties as assigned to support the wider RFP function.
