In our Schaumburg division we are seeking a RGA Coordinator. Pay rate between $25 -30/hour based on experience. In this role you will, coordinate and analyze customer returns to determine root cause via fact based, structured data collection. Propose warranty disposition determinations per hands on analysis of customer returns. Requirements Analysis of customer returns via visual inspection, hydraulic testing, and component evaluation. Maintain computer based RGA system (SAP) with findings, dispositions & statuses. Determine warranty disposition for customer returned goods by means of data-driven, root cause analysis. Document analyses via photos and written observations. Write concise, factual reports to communicate findings/analysis in a clear, persuasive manner. Work effectively with production and engineering teams to address root cause findings to drive continuous improvement. Familiarity with the function of a broad range of hydraulic system elements. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, hydraulic schematics, and test procedures. Ability to prioritize and accomplish daily/weekly goals with minimal direct supervision. Proficiency in safely operating a manual, hydraulic test stand and gathering performance data. Ability to carefully disassemble hydraulic assemblies to assess potential root cause of failure. Utilize a logical, hands-on troubleshooting approach to solving problems. Efficiently analyze customer returned material to determine root cause via fact based reporting. Familiarity with a broad range of hydraulic system elements, with a hands on, troubleshooting approach. Needs to work well with production and engineering teams to address root cause findings to drive continuous improvement. Skills and Attributes Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components. Detail-oriented, with the ability to make fact-based root cause determinations of customer returned material. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully. Ability to write reports and communicate findings/analysis in a clear concise, persuasive manner. Ability to promptly update computer based RGA system (SAP) with findings/dispositions. Education and Experience Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred, 3-7 years working with hydraulics, preferably testing and troubleshooting hydraulic system elements related experience in a manufacturing environment Safety and Personal Protective Equipment Must adhere to all safety rules in force for the location you are in while performing your job responsibilities. This includes at a customer or supplier location. Must meet requirements for PPE in specific manufacturing areas when you are in those areas including safety shoes and safety glasses.
