ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Monitor and respond to incoming RGA requests Research and create new cases and RGAs Coordinate with warehouse team on returned products Request return authorizations from vendors Process vendor credits and update cases Request and distribute credit memos when needed Create BOLs and shipping documents/labels File freight claims through UPS Capital Follow up on outstanding credits, RGAs, pickups, and cases Create and maintain/update processes and SOPs Weekly data reporting Ability to work in office and warehouse settings regularly Assess the condition of returned product and determine its disposition Assist in locating product in the warehouse Assist the Warehouse Inventory Specialist in daily duties as needed Serve as backup to the Warehouse Inventory Specialist when required Special projects as needed EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a similar position An associate’s degree is preferred but not required. Must be able to prioritize workload in an organized fashion. Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Ability to interact with customers, employees and vendors in a professional manner. Ability to work independently with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Excel and Word. This is an on-site role; remote option is not available.
