THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Basic understanding of P&L principles
  • 1-2 years of relevant commercial experience
  • Highly numerate and analytical, including strong computer literacy skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High levels of diligence, accuracy, and attention to detail and/or standard processes
  • Action-orientated, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving
  • Curiosity to drive new opportunity RGM streams
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills. Must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, review data, draw conclusions and implement learnings is a must.
  • Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (Nielsen/IRI, Numerator Panel Data)

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Incumbent will support trade and sales team in conducting analysis, developing best practices, monitoring RGM initiatives to include promotional ROI optimization, trade investment optimization, strategic pricing/sizing/price pack architecture, and working with the RGM Team Lead to spearhead annual RGM/productivity initiatives during the annual Sales planning process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Trade and Sales teams to drive sustained RGM process & governance based on the following RGM levers: Pricing, Promo, Assortment, and Trade Investment
  • Collaborate with Trade Finance to assess and implement category trade effectiveness practices for maximized Promotional ROI
  • Ensuring the full understanding of the RGM function within Reckitt
  • Convert RGM activity into tangible business opportunities to fulfil their productivity ambitions
  • Use data gathered through research/analysis to develop 4Ps strategy for customer strategy implementation.
  • Develop/understand RGM best practices and ensure transfer of knowledge to Sales for implementation.
  • Support delivering best in class RGM playbook content via ownership of specific elements of the RGM levers
  • Continual improvement of tools and templates used to conduct effective RGM analysis and improved sales/trade execution
  • Support delivering of clear productivity/RGM KPIs: Ensure positive development of the key RGM KPI’s of TI%NR, GM%NR, positive net price, positive GM per dose, positive product mix
