As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting doctors’ rounds and managing medication orders.
• Using electronic care planning software to maintain accurate records.
• Managing medication systems, with familiarity in the Atlas medication system being an advantage.
• Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals.
• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educating residents and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
