Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour shifts (Days & Nights)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver hands-on, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Administer medication, manage care plans, and carry out clinical tasks (wound care, catheterisation, venepuncture, IV therapy, insulin, and IM injections).
• Provide palliative and end-of-life care with empathy and dignity.
• Support and mentor junior staff, acting as a role model for best practice.
• Senior Nurses: Lead and manage shifts in the absence of Service Managers.
