We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Manager to support Ricoh’s growth across multiple European countries. You will play a central role in strengthening our partner network, expanding our Office Printing and Digital Services business, and helping Ricoh achieve its regional revenue goals. This role requires a high level of business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive execution within a complex international environment.
What will you do?
In this role, you will support the execution of Ricoh’s regional growth strategy by identifying and enabling strong-performing channel partners. You will work closely with distributors, internal sales teams, and functional stakeholders to maximise business opportunities and deliver commercial results.

You will:

  • Support the strategic development and commercial execution of Ricoh’s country plans.
  • Optimise and expand Digital Services and Office Printing partner coverage across your assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing, customer operations) to deliver complete commercial solutions.
  • Lead commercial forecasting, reporting, and budget planning, providing insights and data for informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve market presence.
  • Act as a key point of contact for major accounts and manage relationships under Ricoh Global Service Master Agreements.
  • Balance new business development (hunting), partner management (farming), and internal operations.

What do you bring?

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a business management, sales, or project management role within the IT, imaging, or digital solutions industry.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken, compulsary); additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience working in multinational environments, ideally in both corporate and scale-up settings.
