Description:
SWATX is seeking an engineer to support the client environment, facilitating the client’s adoption, ongoing improvement, and operation of the Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) for a duration of six (6) months, extendable up to one (1) year.

Responsibilities:
- One engineer will work on the client environment
- Level 1 support for troubleshooting and fixing issues
- On 8x5 mode during official working hours for 5 days/week
- Perform daily operation and administration tasks
- Perform configuration changes
- Apply patches and security updates
- Perform periodical Health Checks
- Support in backup and restore
- Deliver knowledge transfer session (monthly.
- Provide clear documentations to enable and educate Client team on Red Hat products and technologies
