• Full UK driving licence.

We are looking to employ a hybrid RHIZA Field Operator for work across the Lincolnshire region, with further travel potentially required.
We’re looking to recruit a Rhiza Operative to join our Lincolnshire team. This is a hybrid, hands-on, practical role supporting soil sampling, field scanning, and in-field assessments – enabling growers to unlock the full potential of their fields with high-quality precision data.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Carry out soil sampling and in-field scanning using an ATV and specialist equipment.
• Complete a range of practical assessments to support precision agronomy services.
• Work closely with regional agronomists and the Rhiza team to deliver data to customers efficiently.
• Manage your own workload and travel schedule across the Lincolnshire region.
• Maintain equipment to ensure high standards of data collection and service delivery.
