In this role, you will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders. This role will lead through a wide range of problem-solving situations, from strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, and will prepare and execute regular program updates to senior management. This role acts as a primary interface between internal teams and Blueprints customers and is an integral part of Blueprint’s relationship strategy with our customers. Responsibilities: Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions to establish standard processes and quality experiences. Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for improvements Plan and manage multiple parallel projects Maximize resource utilization for the greater good of the organization Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have strong customer focus Manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus Build positive, trusting relationships through consistent on-time delivery of commitments and effective communication. Be a visible champion of Blueprint’s core values by amplifying those behaviors in the day to day Performs other related duties as assigned Financial Monitoring - Periodic reporting of spend and ROI of revenue adjustment investment per region vs annual budgets Time management and cross-team communications of all deliverables, including performance, planning, growth RoBs and ad-hoc documents and reporting related with RoBs. Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Performance presentations, Planning Meetings, Events, ROB documents and inputs, ad-hoc reporting, etc. Keep project and program stakeholders on target to meet required deliverables Regular business update report for LT reviews; Support, manage ROB, and write content for business management reporting RoB Management Design, execute, and continuously improve the team’s rhythm of business, ensuring alignment across planning, performance reviews, growth initiatives, and financial workstreams. Manage end-to-end operational cadences, including performance, planning and growth RoB cycles. Drive clarity in meeting objectives, preparation materials, decision tracking, and follow-through on action items. Business Management Support Partner with leadership to manage operational priorities, strategic planning processes, and cross-functional initiatives. Support financial processes, including OPEX tracking, forecasting alignment, and budget management in partnership with Finance. Develop and maintain executive-ready materials (presentations, dashboards, and summaries) that communicate insights and progress against business goals. Lead special projects to drive simplification, efficiency, and impact across business operations. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Act as a connective tissue across teams, ensuring seamless information flow and stakeholder alignment. Experience establishing and optimizing operational rhythms (quarterly business reviews, planning cycles, etc.). Proficiency in synthesizing data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives. Comfort working with dashboards, metrics, and performance tracking tools. Ability to link operational priorities with business outcomes and financial goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for executives and broad audiences. Skilled at creating concise, impactful presentations and summaries. Ability to build trust and maintain relationships across multiple teams and functions. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in program management Proven ability to manage and lead large scale projects 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or program management roles. Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic-based ranges for Washington state: $115,000 to $120,000 USD annually, with a midpoint of $117,500. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
