REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 10 years working in a similar capacity for a TAMP, RIA, custodian, or comparable wealth management firm
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA and/or CFP designation a plus

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a high-energy, client-focused Business Consultant / Client Growth Manager to join our team in Scottsdale. In this role, you’ll drive success for our advisors through every stage of the client journey—from first introduction through onboarding, ongoing support, and long-term strategic growth.
You’ll be at the heart of our advisor experience, helping firms get the most out of our platform and supporting their growth in meaningful, measurable ways.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Sales Support – Collaborate with our business development team to deliver product demos, join prospect meetings, and help close new opportunities.
  • Client Onboarding – Own the onboarding experience, ensuring a seamless transition onto the Amplify platform with clear communication, support, and training.
  • Relationship Management – Serve as a trusted point of contact for your assigned advisors—providing ongoing support, proactive outreach, and rapid problem-solving.
  • Strategic Growth Consulting – Act as a partner in your clients’ growth strategies, helping them leverage Amplify’s tools to streamline operations, deepen client impact, and drive business results.
