As a Personal Insurance Representative , you will play a key role in servicing and retention of a growing business. You will work closely with the sales team as a trusted advisor to clients, providing recommendations and support on home, auto and other personal insurance products, ensuring that professional services are delivered to each client
QUALIFICATIONS:
· RIBO License in good standing (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)
· 1-2 years experience in personal lines customer service
· Industry knowledge
· Experience with insurance company portals and quoting systems.
· Excellent verbal, written skills and people skills.
· Proficient with brokerage systems and ability to navigate multiple screens and platforms.
· Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a demanding environment.
· Self- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and procedures.
