Description:
Are you passionate about technology and delivering excellent customer service? Ricoh Denmark is looking for a Ricoh Graphic Communications (RGC) Field Technician to join our dynamic team in the western part of Denmark. You’ll play a crucial role in installing, repairing, and maintaining professional printing and peripheral equipment, all while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at the most cost-effective service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service Ricoh products and services to ensure smooth and efficient operation for customers.
- Drive growth and increase Ricoh’s market share by providing top-tier service and technical support.
- Advise, train, and assist customers in using products and services to maximize efficiency and functionality.
- Stay updated with new products and services through active participation in training and meetings.
- Keep detailed records of activities and customer interactions to optimize service delivery and improve efficiency.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a culture of learning within the team.
- Maintain and manage resources according to company procedures.
- Adhere to quality, health and safety, environmental systems, and regulatory standards (SOx, ISMS) to ensure responsible operations.
What We Are Looking For
- MBO working/ thinking level
- You may have experience with EFI’s Fiery workflow front-end (not a requirement, but an advantage).
- Technical English and Dutch, connectivity knowledge
- Prior experience in a similar technical or service-oriented role working with both major ink and production printing
- Driving license (B), VCA certification
- Strong communication skills, stress-resistant, self-starter, solution-oriented, flexible, and responsible
