About the Role: As a Ride Host, you’ll be the face of Alton Towers Resort, ensuring all our guests have a magical and safe experience. You’ll be responsible for assisting with the smooth running of our world-class rides, helping to create memories for families, friends, and thrill-seekers! Your key responsibilities will include: Working on our rides and attractions with a focus on safety and efficiency Engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service Assisting with guest queries and ensuring their needs are met Managing queues, helping guests access rides safely, and ensuring everyone follows safety procedures Reporting any operational issues or incidents to the operator Support in daily presentational duties of our rides and attractions Why join us?
