As a Ride Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests while they experience our thrilling rides. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of rides, managing guest flow, and providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to engage with guests and maintain a friendly atmosphere will contribute significantly to their overall experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being capable of taking initiative when necessary.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A keen attention to detail, particularly regarding safety protocols.

• Operate and monitor rides to ensure they function safely and efficiently.
• Conduct safety checks before each ride session, ensuring all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Manage guest flow, including loading and unloading passengers in an orderly manner.
• Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the ride area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
• Report any malfunctions or safety issues to management promptly.
