You’ll safely assist guests on and off our rides, ensuring Health & Safety is always the priority. With full training, you’ll confidently answer guest questions, support with complaints, and keep your area to a high standard. Day-to-day, you will: Prioritise Health & Safety for guests, colleagues, and yourself Enforce ride restrictions and safety standards Provide excellent customer service Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Carry out daily ride safety checks Report any safety concerns Follow training and operational procedures Maintain efficient ride operations Please note: this role may involve multiskilling across different areas, with training provided.
