Certificate of Proficiency as Chief Engineer issued from Flag State 2 to 3 years as Senior Mariner Demonstrated knowledge of ISM Quality and Safety Management systems High level of English language proficiency both written and verbal. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing planned maintenance systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications. Broad maritime industry experience Well-developed leadership and management skills High level analytical and problem-solving skills High level communication and interpersonal skills including report writing. Effective time management and organisational skills Able to work under pressure and respond to changing work demands. Experienced with a multi-national/ multi-cultural work force.
