JOB SUMMARY

The Rig Manager is a senior leadership role responsible for the 24/7 oversight of all rig operations and personnel. This position requires an expert level of leadership, mentorship, and operational management to ensure drilling performance meets and exceeds client expectations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at managing complex operations, adapting to client goals, and maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in a rig management or similar senior operational role.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and align operations with client goals and values.
• Expert-level knowledge of safety protocols and a proven track record of maintaining a safe worksite.
• High-level problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Strong understanding of fatigue management on a personal level and crew level.
• Excellent communication and professional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical data and engineered plans.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
