Description The Rigger is responsible for installing mechanical, electrical and structural components on SeaArk Boats during the final stages of production. This includes wiring, consoles, carpet, vinyl, electrical components and steering to ensure all components meet quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Install basic components such as consoles, steering systems, and electrical harnesses as required Apply marine-grade carpet and vinyl to decks, floors, and interior surfaces Install decals and graphics according to layout specifications Perform quality checks to ensure proper fit and finish of all components Use hand and power tools to complete installations Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure timely completion Maintain a clean and organized work area Required Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail and craftmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, or layout diagrams Familiarity with hand tools, adhesives and measuring equipment Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in boat assembly, automotive trim, or similar manufacturing environment Physical Requirements: Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally. Use hands and fingers to manage or feel objects, tools, or controls Frequent reaching with arms and hands May involve working outdoors or in industrial environments Use of protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses Must be able to bend at waist and knees, climb on and off ladders, equipment, or boats, working in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 25 pounds when necessary. This is a safety sensitive position. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The factory in certain areas maintains a high fiberglass and dust environment.
