Lead rigging teams including Foremen and Riggers

• Plan and execute heavy/critical lifting operations
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and site safety inspections
• Prepare and implement approved lifting plans
• Ensure pre/post-inspection of all lifting tools
• Coordinate with crane operators for lift communication
• Supervise crane assembly, lifting area, and team performance
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
