Schedule: Monday to Friday, 30–40 hours/week with flexible start and end times

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
  • Ability to create fillable PDFs or simple online forms
  • Strong spreadsheet skills in either Excel or Sheets
  • Comfort with making basic website content updates an advantage
  • Client communication skills - written, over phone or in person
Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar and schedule client appointments
  • Organize and maintain client intake and tax documentation
  • Format and manage client data using spreadsheets (e.g., mileage logs)
  • Handle client communications including updates, follow-ups, and scheduling
  • Issue invoices and oversee referral gift/rewards programs
  • Monitor emails and messages, documenting correspondence and identifying priorities
