RK&K is looking for a Right of Way Title Specialist to support our Utilities/Real Estate Group in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Florida. Build your career and help build a better environment by providing real estate support to include negotiations, acquisitions assistance for utility and other infrastructure projects. Essential Functions * Research County and State land records * Review Title Searches and Commitments * Provide Title Memorandums summarizing Title review * Provide Action Items and Title Curative Items in Memo form upon review of title commitments * Work with Lenders/Lienholders to obtain Subordination/Release Documents * Work with Easement Holders to obtain Consent and Crossing Agreements and various infrastructure projects * Review of ALTA Surveys and ability to compare with Title Commitment and infrastructure project plans * Interpret ALTA, plats and construction plans * Work with clients, title companies and surveying companies to maintain tracking logs Required Skills and Experience * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in title insurance industry * Minimum of 5 years' experience reviewing ALTA Surveys * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Preferred Skills and Experience * Title Insurance producers license preferred Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
