This includes day-to-day operational support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, upgrade participation and vendor collaboration.   You will also contribute to hardware maintenance planning for servers, diagnostic workstations, monitors and peripherals, assist with modality integrations, manage user access, and support business continuity planning. The role combines hands-on technical work with strong customer engagement in a fast-paced clinical environment.   This full time ongoing opportunity is primarily based at Monash Medical Centre (Clayton), supporting multiple hospital and outpatient sites and participates in a 24/7 on-call escalation roster. You may come from an IT background with an interest in healthcare systems, or from an imaging or radiology background looking to build or extend a career in Radiology Informatics.   You are customer-focused, calm under pressure, and motivated by solving complex technical problems that directly impact patient care.
