WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Salary: Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Seven years of related experience in administration, program management, risk and compliance, or a related field.

REQUIRED SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong operational understanding of risk management and compliance across multiple areas, including university, healthcare, and research.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Knowledge of accounting methods and audit standards.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree in applicable fields related to business operations.
  • Experience in dealing with complex organizational structures and/or academia settings. Knowledge and experience in worker’s compensation, and occupational health programs, conducting risk assessments.
  • Applicable industry certifications (CRM, PRM, RIMS Fellow, CHCO)
  • Knowledge and experience in business operations, worker’s compensation, and occupational health programs.
