THE ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

In this role, you act as a key partner in strengthening our safety and risk culture. You will work closely with managers, project leads, and HSEC & Human Rights teams to bring risk management strategies to life on the ground. Whether you’re guiding a risk review, supporting compliance activities, or coaching teams in best practices, your focus is always on helping people stay safe and make informed decisions. With occasional site visits and a hands-on approach, you turn plans into action and data into insights that matter.
