• Lead efforts to embed and promote a proactive risk culture within P&CA
• Drive the implementation and everyday use of our group, Risk Management System, Risk Management Framework and Risk Appetite Statement
• Work with the P&CA leadership team to identify, assess, and manage key divisional risks, ensuring controls are effective and compliance obligations met
• Collaborate closely with the Governance and Risk division to maintain and improve P&CA risk frameworks
• Maintain risk profiles and registers current and spot emerging risks or opportunities
• Work collaboratively with P&CA leadership to develop and maintain clear policies that are aligned with regulatory requirements, while leveraging technology to enhance effectiveness
