RISK ANALYST, 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Risk Analyst, 3rd Party Supplier Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

RISK ANALYST, 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role involves conducting risk assessments and facilitating contract signings for third-party suppliers. The candidate will support business partners by managing supplier risk and ensuring compliance with governance practices. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for collaborating with senior stakeholders.

RISK ANALYST, 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Business Administration degree or relevant certifications (CTPRP, CRM)
  • 3+ years of experience in Supplier Risk/Risk Management
  • Experience in planning and change management
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivots, vlookup, formulas, power query)
  • Proficiency in Tableau for reporting and analytics
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced fluency in English, both written and verbal

RISK ANALYST, 3RD PARTY SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience with Archer – Supplier Risk Management Application
  • Experience with Ivalua – procurement system for source to contract
