Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week to contribute alongside your current commitments? We are seeking freelance risk analysts based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems. What you’ll be doing We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We collaborate with leading AI labs to strengthen the quality of large AI systems. In this role, you will: Review and refine AI-generated responses related to risk analysis, assessment, and mitigation Evaluate outputs for accuracy, methodology, and relevance to real-world risk management practices Draft realistic risk scenarios, including business, operational, financial, and compliance risks Assess AI reasoning in areas such as risk identification, measurement, controls, and reporting Identify gaps or weaknesses in risk methodology, calculations, or interpretation Create scenario variations from perspectives such as risk analyst, compliance officer, or business manager In short: You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects best practices in risk analysis and decision-making. Your input will help elevate the quality and reliability of AI systems used in risk management. Who this is for You are: A risk analyst, compliance professional, or similar expert Based in the EU or UK With solid experience in risk management, assessment, or compliance within a business, financial, or operational context Familiar with quantitative and qualitative risk methodologies, frameworks, and best practices Comfortable identifying analytical errors, unrealistic assumptions, or gaps in risk reasoning Available 8 to 20 hours per week Able to start in the coming weeks This is a fully remote and flexible opportunity, ideal alongside other professional commitments.
