Associate, Third Party Program Management Support the Third-Party Risk Management development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives and program enhancements/ efficiencies Integration.

Responsibilities

  • Creating, maintaining, and updating all program monitoring documentation
  • Promote awareness of compliance to and storage of all related Changes and the Change Governance documentation.
  • Monitoring the storage of the change related documentation in the approved Book of Record
  • Advanced knowledge of email communications and follow up required to lines of business
  • Reporting, as needed, on any issues as requested from management
  • Understanding of TPRM Directive, ONFR guidelines and other relevant third-party policy requirements
  • Performs periodic reviews of TPRM process documentation
  • Provide insights and making recommendations for enhancements ’s monitoring process
  • Regularly connects work to ’s purpose, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through.
  • Identifies emerging issues and trends to inform decision-making
  • Works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
